COMMERCIAL AND NEW BUILD PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT

MAS deliver high-quality projects while meeting demanding budgets and tight timescales, carrying out remodelling, refurbishment and expansion work, whether in live or vacant spaces. We manage and undertake structural refurbishment and extension projects, involving interventions such as creating additional levels of accommodation, forming new entrances, lift and stair cores. We are familiar using various methods of construction including steel frame, timber frame and modular construction.

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SERVICES MAINTENANCE

We provide planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance services for commercial clients in the office and residential sectors. Work includes cyclical maintenance programmes, insurance and reinstatement works and repair services. We have extensive experience working in occupied sites and specialist environments where security and health and safety procedures are paramount.

REFURBISHMENT AND INTERIOR FIT-OUT

MAS has delivered a range of challenging projects working in a collaborative approach with designers, consultants and clients. Our experience includes complex refurbishments, change-of-use schemes and high-quality fit-outs. Our work has ranged from light renovation to significant structural alterations and complete turnkey fit-out services in the hotel, office and residential sectors. We aim to deliver refurbishment and fit-out schemes which allow the client to continue trading with minimal disruption to their business.

Our recent developments have included Listed Buildings, properties of historical significance and sites within Conservation Areas. We understand the distinctive character and heritage value of iconic buildings and know what it takes to restore them.

DOMESTIC NEW BUILDS, EXTENSIONS AND RENOVATION

MAS has built new homes and added new units to sites and cover every element of constructing bespoke properties. We provide a start-to-finish service from concept design and liaising with local authorities to achieve planning permission through to the physical construction. Similarly, we undertake full management of extensions and alterations from design to construction, sourcing and scheduling reputable tradespeople to meet Building Regulations at every stage.

BESPOKE JOINERY AND CARPENTRY

Working with Architects, interior designers and private clients to realise their vision we manufacture and install luxury bespoke interiors. Much of our work is for luxury residential fit-outs and projects requiring integrated precise joinery. We have close working relationships with specialist cabinet makers, craftspeople, finishers and fitters. We have experience of both classical and contemporary interiors, including dressing rooms, staircases and Architectural joinery.

MAS provides complete turnkey fit-out services to the residential, hospitality and commercial office sectors, successfully delivering a wide range of project thanks to our collaborative and innovative approach with designers, consultants and clients.
