Built from the ground up

MAS Developments is a director-led construction company delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across Surrey, London and the surrounding areas.

The company was established ten years ago by its Founder and Director, whose career has been built from the ground up through practical experience, continued development and consistently delivering results.

His working career began as a tree surgeon before moving into construction as a hod carrier. From there, he trained as a bricklayer, achieving his qualification with distinction, before progressing into demolition as a foreman. He subsequently advanced through the management ranks from Site Manager to Project Manager, obtaining the necessary technical, professional and health and safety qualifications along the way.

This journey has provided a genuine understanding of construction at every level—from the physical realities of working on site to the planning, commercial control, coordination and leadership required to deliver complex projects successfully.

The core knowledge behind MAS has therefore not been developed through qualifications alone. It has been earned through practical, results-driven site experience, supported by the relevant qualifications and strengthened through years of progressively responsible construction management.
